How to Get Started with ProgramLive

ProgramLive is organized like a book. We suggest that you start with the first lesson (Lesson 0) to learn how to use and navigate through the program. Follow the instructions below to get started.

Getting Started:

1.1.	Download the ProgramLive .ZIP package from Springer Extras and unzip it on your Computer.  Double-click on the Setup.exe file. A Setup screen opens. 

2.Click the "Launch ProgramLive" button. ProgramLive opens a Welcome screen.

3.Click the New student file button. ProgramLive opens a Sign-in screen.

4.Enter your name and serial number in the screen provided and then click the OK button. Your serial number is: ZZJGLB2G.

5.Save your Student file somewhere that you can easily find it  on your hard drive or on a floppy disk.

The next time you return to ProgramLive follow the first two steps and the click the Open student file button. Use the Open dialog to find your student file and click the Choose button. ProgramLive will open to the page you were on when you last saved your Student file.

-network connection
-detailed description of the problem, including the exact wording of any error messages.
